Blackwell Case Work
The Agent Storefront Kit
Your customers are starting to shop by asking an AI assistant — “order the usual groceries from a store near me.” The assistant can only buy from stores it can read. This kit puts your catalogue on that shelf: searchable and orderable inside assistants like ChatGPT and Claude — while the money stays exactly where it belongs. Your customer approves every basket first, and the payment runs on your own Stripe account. We never hold your money, your stock, or your customers' card details.
How a sale happens
- The agent shops. Connected with your merchant API key, it searches your live catalogue — real prices, real stock.
- The agent builds the basket and prepares checkout at today's prices.
- Your customer approves. They get a hosted approval page: the basket, the total in CAD, an Approve and a Decline button. No approval, no charge — there is no other path to payment.
- You get paid. On Approve, the customer pays on your Stripe checkout. Stripe's own confirmation seals the order — you see it on your orders page.
Founding offer — first 3 merchants
$0 setup · $149/month for 90 days · 3% per completed order
After the founding 90 days: $499 setup, $249/month, 4% per completed order. The per-order fee lands only on a completed, approved, paid order — if the channel sends you nothing, your exposure is the monthly fee alone, and a busy store covers that from roughly two average baskets. Month to month, no lock-in; cancel and your catalogue door closes while your Stripe, your data, and your customers stay yours. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and go to Stripe, as with any card sale.
See it work — the live demo
This very site is a running storefront. Our demo store, North York Essentials (a fictional essentials shop), has its full catalogue on the agent door right now:
- An agent with the demo key can
search_products(try “milk”, “bread”, or a department like “Bakery”), build a cart, and prepare checkout. - Preparing checkout produces a customer approval page — basket, CAD total, Approve / Decline — exactly what your customers would see.
- The demo store hasn't switched on its own Stripe, so approving answers “checkout opens at activation” — by design, nothing can be charged. On your store, that same Approve opens your real Stripe checkout.

Want to drive it yourself? Email us and we'll issue you a demo merchant key for the fictional store — five minutes from key to approval page.
What we never do
- No inventory. We never buy, hold, or deliver your stock.
- No custody of money. Payments go from your customer to your Stripe. Order money never passes through a Blackwell account.
- No touching your prices. You set every price; send a new list and it updates.
- No orders without approval. An assistant can build a cart. It cannot charge anyone.
- No lock-in on your data. Your catalogue file is yours; leave and you take it with you.
Onboarding — about an hour of your time
Send us your catalogue as a spreadsheet (name, size, price — we provide a template and do the cleanup), connect your own Stripe in one short sitting with us beside you, and your store is orderable by AI assistants. First orders are watched daily for the first two weeks.
For agents & developers
MCP endpoint (streamable HTTP): POST /api/mcp with Authorization: Bearer ASK-…. Tools: search_products, create_cart, get_cart, add_item, remove_item, prepare_checkout. A key opens one merchant's catalogue only. prepare_checkout never charges — it returns the customer's approval URL.

An order counts as paid only when Stripe confirms it — a payment link is not a charge. Demo catalogue on this deployment is fictional; prices are illustrative CAD.
